“Seldom can it happen that something is not a little disguised, or a little mistaken.” – Emma.
Zach turned 5 in December. All of a sudden, he’s become this crazy consumer – every marketers dream. Anything he see’s on television is a good idea.
Which is why… taco hockey happened. Yes, I said “taco hockey”. Oh, the things we do for our kids.
There is this commercial on television (the minute I can find it on youtube, I will upload it here for all to enjoy). It usually comes on during hockey games, an advertisement for “taco night” where bowls of veggies that have been sliced and diced for your taco-building pleasure are being bounced around the table as in a hockey game. Their slogan goes something like, “Game night? Make it taco night!”
The minute Zach saw this commercial (the first time), he started asking for tacos. And. Did. Not. Stop. So tacos came. And taco HOCKEY was attempted.
Here are a few photos of our pursuit after “taco hockey” –
Now if only I could figure out a way to get this boy a pet cloud that rained Skittles…
